2008 Epiphone Les Paul Custom Black Beauty BB3

We've restored/upgraded several of these in the past. They are a BEAST of a guitar when you have all 3 pickups driving your amp! Upgrades include a custom 3Vol/1Tone wiring harness where the Bridge Tone control is reassigned to the Middle pickup Volume control... With this configuration, the Middle pickup is always on (regardless of the toggle switch setting) and you can blend it in with either or both the Bridge & Neck. This is proven to be a much more versatile configuration, maximizing your tonal options by allowing you to also blend in the Middle pickup with the Bridge (vs. the stock configuration where the Middle pickup is wired to the Neck pickup circuit and is completely disabled when you switch to the Bridge setting). Conversely, with the switch in the middle position, you can turn down the bridge and neck and feature only the middle pickup if you like...

2016 Epiphone Les Paul Custom Pro EB. Custom Shop upgrades to include gold covered Gibson 490R/498T 4-conductor pickups, a StayTuned Custom Shop Premium push/pull wiring harness featuring 500K CTS push/pull Volume pots and genuine Gibson Tone pots, CDE Orange Drop .022uf tone capacitors, gold Switchcraft 3-way toggle switch & output jack with braided shield wiring throughout, topped off with Gibson speed knobs, and a new gold Gotoh bridge and tailpiece combo. Note the rare ebony fingerboard. It’s not every day you see one of these on an Epiphone! Everything that you’d find in a Gibson Les Paul Custom, but at a fraction of the price.

Custom Shop upgrades include gold covered Gibson 490R/490T pickups, gold Grover locking tuners, and a StayTuned Custom Shop Les Paul wiring harness featuring Gibson 500K audio taper Volume and Tone pots, Orange Drop .022uf tone capacitors, new Switchcraft 3-way toggle switch and Switchcraft output jacks, topped off with Gibson speed dial knobs.

We are currently in the process of recapping the stock Epiphone Varitone with CDE Orange Drop capacitors
