ES-335 & 339 Style Wiring harnesses

Complete hand-built wiring harnesses for ES-335 and ES-339 style hollow body and semihollow body guitars. Fits Gibson as well as many import guitars* including Epiphone Dots, Sheraton II's** and Casinos, Ibanez, Aria, MRW and others. Custom harnesses made to order for Joe Pass, ES-175 and other hollow body guitars.

*Note: many import guitars will require that the metric holes for the Volume and Tone controls be enlarged in order to accommodate the 3/8" CTS USA pot shafts. We now offer M8 metric pots that preclude the need to drill out the holes - PLUS - they allow you to continue to use your stock 18-spline import knobs!

** For Epiphone Sheraton owners, please include a pic of the front of your guitar showing the controls layout. The Neck Tone control on the older Sheratons is noticeably offset and is further from the other controls vs. the newer Sheratons where the layout is much more symmetrical, similar to that of the Les Paul layout. Also, the opening across the middle of the f-hole is narrower on older models and may not accommodate standard 1” CTS pots and therefore require that the wiring harness be built using CTS mini pots. These mini pots feature the same high quality and tight tolerances as the standard 1” CTS pot, but are half the size.

*** Note: the newer “Inspired by Gibson” Epiphone ES-335’s and ES-339’s feature an f-hole that is too narrow to accommodate the standard 1” CTS pots and Bourns push/pull pots. Instead Epiphone has enlarged the opening between the Bridge pickup cavity and the lower bout to allow for the removal and installation of the wiring harness assembly.

STandard 335 CTS

Our most popular 335 wiring harness, made with CTS 500K Audio Taper Volume and Tone pots, .022uf Orange Drop tone capacitors, Switchcraft 3-way toggle switch and output jack, braided and vintage cloth wiring.

Available in 50's Vintage (default) and Modern wiring configurations. Optional independent Volume wiring available on request.

335 CTS Push/Pull

 A twist on our standard 335 CTS wiring harness, but with a pair of Bourns 500K audio taper push/pull Volume pots for coil-splitting 4-conductor humbucker pickups.

Available in 50's Vintage (default) and Modern wiring configurations. Optional independent Volume wiring available on request.

Our standard ES-339 style wiring harness made with CTS 500K short shaft audio taper Volume and Tone pots, .022uf Orange Drop tone capacitors, Switchcraft 3-way toggle switch and output jack, braided and vintage cloth wiring. Ideal OEM upgrade/replacement, or an excellent upgrade to most import guitars.

Available in 50's Vintage (default) and Modern wiring configurations. Optional independent Volume wiring available on request.
